Back to Business

After a hectic few weeks clearing out 30 years of record shop, we are finally starting to get organised in our new role as ecommerce folk. We have a nice selection of LPs ready to catalogue on the website and after a number of years we are cautiously taking some auction lists back to Ebay.

Australian World Record Club LPs have always had some following among rock/pop music collectors - mostly for their unique and interesting cover art. The same cannot be said for the classical collectors market where traditionally WRC lps have largely been ignored. There have been a few exceptions, such as the stereo release of Michael Rabin's Mosaics. This week I have listed at auction an early WRC stereo release of Carl Schuricht conducting Bruckner No.8. Also on the website; Bernard Herrmann's Psycho, and Ginette Neveu playing Sibelius Violin Concerto both on WRC.
